Embroidery Set-Up Fees:
Before we embroider your logo, a process called digitizing must take place. Digitizing is the process of converting customer provided artwork (business card, sketch, graphic art, etc.) into a format that will work with our embroidery equipment. Digitizing fees are based on stitch count and the complexity of your design. A typical left chest logo can cost $15 to $30. Digitizing is a one-time process. However, only minor modifications can be made to a
digitized file. Major modifications (including significant changes in size) may require a logo to be re-digitized.
Please note that embroidery prices are dependent on both the quantity of items ordered, and the number of stitches in your logo. Most standard left chest logos are around 8,000 stitches. Please contact us for an estimate.
Screen Printing Artwork:
Before your design is screen-printed, a graphic artist must create your artwork in vector format. Most orders include one design at no charge with minor modifications. Major changes to a design after artwork has been started will require artwork charges. Artwork is charged at $30 per hour. Generally, artwork is not started until a complete order is placed including sizes, color, and number of apparel items to be screen-printed. If a customer requests artwork prior to placing an order, an artwork deposit will be required. You can avoid charges for artwork by providing vector artwork in .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or .eps format.
